I take appointments Tuesday through Thursday from about 8:00am to 6:30pm.

I charge $200 per hour but am able to offer a sliding scale based on financial need.

I am currently in network with some insurance companies.  I will provide you a bill for out of network coverage and I will speak to your carrier about the possibility of Single Case Agreements.
